SUGGESTED USAGE: One teaspoon, 1-2 times a day. Chyawanprash is typically consumed on an empty stomach early in the morning followed by hot milk or hot water. ATTENTION: No emulsifiers are used in this Chyawanprash. In cool weather (winter months) the ghee, black sesame oil, and honey will become very solid and firm. This is natural and nothing to worry about. To emulsify, simply place in a warm area or a warm water bath and the Chyawanprash will become soft again.
